Short description
Tromsø kommune (Tromsø Municipality) has been tasked by Helsedirektoratet (the Norwegian Directorate of Health) with having a testing station at Tromsø Airport to be used for testing of passengers arriving on international flights. The municipality does not have the capacity to implement this itself, and thus wants to enter into a contract with a supplier who can implement this on behalf of Tromsø kommune (Tromsø Municipality).
Tromsø kommune (Tromsø Municipality) has been tasked by Helsedirektoratet (the Norwegian Directorate of Health) with having a testing station at Tromsø Airport to be used for testing of passengers arriving on international flights. The municipality does not have capacity to implement the assignment itself, and thus wants to enter into a contract with a supplier who can provide staffing to carry out the testing.
The municipality currently has a contract with Røde Kors/Norsk Folkehjelp [Red Cross/Norwegian People's Aid] in order to provide this service. However, there is a need for a more long-term contract, therefore the municipality turns to the market to investigate whether there are other suppliers who can offer the service.
If there are suppliers who believe they can deliver this service to Tromsø Municipality, we ask that they contact us via the communication module in Tendsign by Thursday 20 May 2020, 12.00.
Tromsø Municipality wants to make relevant suppliers aware that this is not a competition but an RFI (request for information), where the municipality maps the supplier market within a given area.
