Rælingen Municipality needs temporary staff services, primarily within schools, wraparound care, and nurseries. The framework agreements will also be used if needed for other temporary staff, for example, if temporary staff are required within administrative positions, offices, etc. Separate framework agreements will be signed (another tender contest) to cover temporary staff services for health and welfare.
Parallel framework agreements will be entered into to cover the municipality's need for temporary staff services, for example due to sick-leave, recruitment challenges, staff holidays, etc.
