Short description
Nye Veier would like to enter into a new contract for operational and support services for the company's existing ERP system Unit4 ERP and the existing travel expenses system Unit4 T&E (Current).
Unit4 ERP and Unit4 T&E (Current) are central applications in Nye Veier's system landscape, and the main aim of the procurement is to ensure efficient operation of and support for the applications, adapted to the contracting authority's needs. The procurement will ensure uniform and overall operation, maintenance, and user support, and we would like to procure this 'as a service'.
In general the contract will cover:
• application operation and software maintenance of Unit4 ERP and Unit4 T&E (Current);
• Security;
• application licences for Unit4 ERP and Unit4 T&E (Current);
• user support/support, as well as further development of the system (technical and functional advice).
We would thus like a description of what the market can offer to fulfil this need.

The aim of this RFI is that Nye Veier will identify possible systems and suppliers that can offer the services mentioned in the RFI.
When responding to this RFI, Nye Veier would like suppliers from the market to present their best solution for how Unit4 ERP and Unit4 T&E (Current) can be operated to fulfil the needs mentioned in the RFI.
We therefore ask suppliers to give us good basic information and drafts of the system concept, which in turn can form the basis for our tender contest. If several system concepts are drafted, it must be clear which system concept the supplier recommends and why.
The description of this RFI is not part of any contest, and will not bind suppliers that respond to the RFI or Nye Veier.
The tender contest is scheduled to be published in the third quarter of 2021.
In order to ensure equal treatment, transparency and predictability in the process, this RFI is being published on Doffin as a prior information notice.

Costs incurred by suppliers for the preparation, delivery, and follow-up of enquiries for participation will not be refunded by the contracting authority.
All documents and all communication connected to this RFI must be in Norwegian. However, it is possible to use attachments in English when Norwegian documentation does not exist.
