Vestfold and Telemark County (Norwegian: VTFK) intends to enter into/extend an agreement with Atea AS regarding continued delivery of ‘PCs, desktops and laptops, with accessories’ limited to the period 18 April 2021-31 August 2021 on similar/previous terms.
There is a need for extending the contract until 31 August 2021 as a new call for tenders will be published before the mentioned date and a new contract will be valid from 1 September 2021.
The contracting authority has considered it inappropriate to carry out a tender contest for the delivery of PCs, desktops and laptops, with accessories, as the scope for such delivery in the mentioned period will be below the threshold value and at the same time entail a requirement for any new supplier for a customised e-Commerce solution for the County.
