Short description
Lillestrøm Municipality is holding an open planning and design contest for a foot and cycle bridge over Skjærvagapet, a bay in Nitelva that runs through the town of Lillestrøm. The bridge will be an important link between the current and future functions and densification areas in Strømmen and Lillestrøm. The bridge will also be part of the path system on the flood mound along Nitelva. The winning draft of the planning and design contest will be qualified for a contest with negotiations on a possible assignment. The assignment will consist of complete architect design services for the site, in the phase from the preparation of the winning draft and technical drawings for the development plan, up to and including the detailed engineering design services, follow-up in the construction period, and final documentation.
