The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with up to 5 tenderers for the following services: 1. project management from the early stage (concept evaluation), through the preliminary project, execution, and the guarantee phase; 2. engineering design management; 3. construction managers; 4. safety, health and work environment workers (coordinators in the engineering design phase), coordinators in the execution phase (Norwegian: KU) and the builder's representative; 5. project management (progress planning, financial follow-up, uncertainty follow-up); 6. project assistant.
