Short description
1) Assistance with the further development and improvement of work processes. Medietilsynet has implemented a team model and is well underway with reviewing and improving work forms in several areas. An important part of this work is to digitalise both internal work processes and interaction with external persons. Medietilsynet uses Salesforce as a support tool for the trade processes. A contract has been signed with CapGemini for Salesforce development, but Medietilsynet would like an additional contract with a tenderer that can assist with 'buyer competence' and with the further development of other work processes in the organisation;
2) Other development measures as required. Medietilsynet is generally carrying out continual improvement work, and there can be a need for assistance in carrying out these types of processes.
