The subject of this call for tenders is to acquire the right to use space radiation data for characterizing the radiative environment existing at altitude between 7 000 km and 45 000 km above sea level. The data is to be collected by an instrument on-board the Norwegian satellite platform and to be delivered to the European Commission competent services by appropriate means.
