Before the competition starts, RegionData wants to invite relevant total suppliers of telephony to a market dialogue. There will also be one-to-one meetings with suppliers
That can deliver systems in accordance with the description. The region would like to have future-orientated and innovative telephony systems presented, which also support digitalised systems for each municipality and inhabitants/the public. The meetings are scheduled for 24 and 25 February 2021. To arrange one-to-one meetings, send an email to

Based on the information that is received in the one to one meetings, RegionData aims to implement this in the future competition. NB: RegionData will find appropriate measures to ensure that the suppliers that have given advice do not receive an unfair competitive advantage.
