Short description
Lørenskog Municipality will develop internal guidelines in 2021 on climate requirements that will be set when the Municipality procures construction services. The requirements that are set will, amongst other things, be included in the municipality's future tender documentation as minimum requirements in the requirements specification, qualification requirements and award criteria. The public market has set ever stricter environmental requirements in recent years in its procurements, and it is probable that this development will continue in the future. The Municipality would like to be offensive in its environmental priorities, but at the same time, wants to set requirements that the supplier market can realistically fulfil. Feedback from the market will be emphasised in the further development of the climate guidelines for Lørenskog Municipality.
The municipality would particularly like feedback from the market on how realistically the market can deliver the various environmental and climate measures presented below. Furthermore, we are interested in hearing the market's experiences from projects where such requirements were set, in particular what consequences the requirements had for quality, progress and costs in the projects in question. Furthermore, we would like to hear the market's experiences with the different measures' relative climate gains against the project as a whole. The dialogue will allow suppliers to give an account of their goals and ambitions in the relevant field in the coming 5 years.
