Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF, Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF, Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF, Boligbygg Oslo KF and Oslobygg KF intends to sign a contract with Aksesspunkt Norge AS for delivery of the software solution ‘Faktura Firewall’.
The contracting authority intends to sign a contract without a prior contest as there is only considered to be one existing supplier in the market that can deliver 'stand-alone’ a system that fulfils the requirements and needs the contracting authority has, c.f. PPR § 21-5.
