Assignment text
The purpose is to carry out a contribution financed research project regarding the Sami parliamentary election 2021 that:
— Analyses the conditions for, the function of, and the challenges for a democratic election system of and by the Sami people in Norway (the Sami Parliament),
— Develops Sami election research competence where emphasis is on Sami cultural and linguistic conditions.
The contract period is from commencement in spring 2021 to completion and final report in December 2024.
