Short description
Oslo Municipality, co. the Nursing Home Agency hereby invites tenderers to a tender contest with negotiations regarding service provision and operation of Sofienberghjemmet (Sofienberget nursing home) with a total of 68 somatic places, 17 sheltered places and 14 day centre places.
The contract is reserved for non-profit providers, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § § 30-2a. A service contract will be signed for the operation of a long term home for 8 + 1 + 1 years. The service contract will be signed with non-profit actors. In addition the tenderer must manage, operate and maintain the rented object for 8 + 1 + 1 years. Management, operation and maintenance will be regulated in the MOMS contract.
