The purchasing system shall cover the requirements for project management and support related to the ICT area. This includes, but not limited to, the following areas:
• ICT project and programme management as well as project support and assistance;
• process management; facilitate processes where the Customer is responsible for the project;
• manage and participate in the preparation of requirements specifications for IT systems;
• manage and assist in connection with implementing and out-sourcing projects, alteration management;
• other project related consultancy services and elucidations.
