Short description
For relevant tenderers.
Haugesund Municipality invites tenderers to a hearing on the contest Flotmyr — replacement of matter and water and sewage installations.
The intention of this hearing is to verify that the tender description and contract basis and annexes are comprehensible in such a way that tenderers can participate in the contest without unclarified risk elements. Comprehensible and clear tender documentation ensures that the contracting authority achieves the overall goals for the Flotmyr area in the best possible way.
The contracting authority would like to give potential tenderers the chance to give the municipality feedback/advice on any adjustments to the contest documents.
Flotmyr is a development area in the centre of Haugesund, just to the east of county road 47 Karmsundgata. The area has originally been an undulating bog area where parts were used as a municipal waste landfill site in the period 1945 to 1952. Flotmyr is currently dominated by a public transport terminal with the accompanying bus stops. The area is include in the area development RL1701, which prepares for denses urban development. Based on this, Haugesund Municipality has decided to clear the old waste landfill site at Flotmyr and replace the matter with a suitable construction basis for future developments in the northern part of Flotmyr. The project also includes the establishment of a new water and sewage route through the area.
