Short description
The main aim of the framework agreement is to ensure efficient execution of renovation projects that require participation from several trade groups that are simultaneously coordinated in the project, cf. the execution of general and turnkey contracts.
Responsible follow-up of renovation projects through competent construction and project management for both the builder and contractor is required so that our cultural historic properties have a proper value-preserving operational and maintenance level.
The contracting authority will sign a contract with 3-4 tenderers that will mainly have the responsibility for carrying out the work that the builder (or external supplier) has engineered. The contracting authority needs a contract party that can have total responsibility for the work. This involves both coordination responsibility for the required trades that must carry out the renovation project, and access to expert employees in relevant trades.
