The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for pest control services to Sandnes municipality. The agreement is divided into three types of assignments:
Fixed assignments for VAR: The contracting authority wants the fixed assignments to be provided for the municipality's unit for water, sewage and pipes (Norwegian: VAR). This involves rodent control in the municipality's sewage system and distribution of poison in a number of specified locations.
Service agreements for buildings: the contracting authority wants the opportunity to enter into service agreements for the municipality's various buildings in accordance with requirements. These can be both preventive agreements against rodents and black garden ants or service agreements related to municipal commercial kitchens, and must apply per building.
Individual assignments: the contracting authority wants to order individual assignments in addition to the fixed assignments. This can be control, consultancy, prevention and control of minor vermin in municipal buildings/properties.
