Bardu kommune (Bardu Municipality) wants to extend the contract with Stendi for care services for one user. The current contract expires 12 November 2021, and it is preferable to extend for 4 years. The justification for this is that users and relatives want a continuation of the contract, and as the award criteria is user-selection, we believe a contest for this is not appropriate.
In this assignment, it is not considered suitable to change personnel as stability, security and predictability are absolutely necessary in this case.
