Bamble municipality invites turnkey contractors with contract assistants to submit tenders for the design, demolition, reconstruction and commissioning of Grasmyrhuset. Grasmyrhuset shall comprise several municipal services.
An implementation model has been chosen based on a ‘development contract/partnering contract’ in a preliminary project with a turnkey contract in the execution phase of the project. The draft project is finished developed in co-operation with
Børve Borchsenius and forms the basis for the contract.
