Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a Request for Proposal for Office sub-leasing services for Luminor in Baltic countries.

If your company is interested to participate in this tender, please follow the instruction listed below:

1. Your company is invited to complete and sign Confidentiality Undertaking attached to this invitation letter (section “files” in Mercell system). 

2. Scanned document together with authorization for signature should be uploaded to Mercell system, section “Communication” (it has to be sent as the new message to the customer):

3. Detailed specification for preparation of proposal will be sent to after Confidentiality undertaking is signed and submitted to Luminor.
