Short description
The Norwegian Communications Authority (Norwegian: Nkom) intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with two providers of consultancy and advisory services related to the development of Nkom's own developed professional systems and integrations. The consultants must assist the IT division with both further development and management (including troubleshooting/corrections and support) of existing applications as well as specification and development of new applications.
Nkom employs several technologies of which the potential tenderers must provide competence for. The systems are mainly based on java/javascript and operates on Tomcat application server. See Annex 1 for further information.
It is expected that the consultants are present in Nkom's premises during large parts of the assignment period.
