Short description
The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) is looking for a supplier to enter into an agreement, 1 year initially (until end of 2021), with option of extending to a second year (until end of 2022). The agreement will cover consultancy services for the design, further development and operations of the existing Global Digital Library platform, under Norad’s leadership. The agreement will cover three areas:
— technical architecture and frontend development;
— UX/user experience, design and prototyping;
— social media and communications.
The budget frame of the agreement is from NOK 3.5 million to NOK 9 million.
