A framework agreement shall be entered to cover OsloMet's (Oslo Metropolitan University] needs for investigation services, including the conduct of surveys, target group interviews and in-depth interviews, etc. regarding marketing, organisational development, user evaluations and in research projects. The tenderer must analyse and communicate the results of the surveys.
