The competition concerns a development project for two new nurseries for Lillestrøm municipality.
The project must be executed with one contract partner who executes both nurseries as one turnkey contract.
The contract includes the construction of two approximately identical nurseries with a total of 24 identical departments for children.
The gross area of each nursery is approx. 3900 m
The contracting procedure is executed in accordance with NS 8407 with adjustments given in the tender documentation.
The project encourages use of prefabricated systems for the nurseries, which also can be used for future nurseries’ projects in the municipality.
Fixtures and fittings are not included in the contract.
The total contract value is estimated to NOK 150 000 000 excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is non-binding. The contract is subject to budgetary funding.
