The aim of the procurement is the renovation of parts of Sofienberggata 7 A-E. This includes the construction of technical rooms on the roof above the entrances to A and D, the construction of new outer facades, the installation of balanced ventilation in the flats, the replacement of three lifts, and alterations to the backyard.
