August 10th 2020 at 12:00:- Do you currently provide integration with Microsoft Azure Autopilot or are you planning to do so in the next 6 months. Do you provide Microsoft White Glove services or can you coordinate with your hardware vendor to provide the same?
- Do you offer global fulfilment of orders and if so, how?
- Does global fulfilment impact device or onsite warranty and services availability and if so, in what capacity?
- Do you offer a portal for online ordering, order tracking and retrieval of past orders? If you fulfil internationally, does the portal track global orders and fulfilment?
- Is your portal capable of distinguishing between different user profiles (e.g. order issuer, order reviewer)?
- If you fulfil internationally, do you source locally at the point of delivery?
- If you fulfil internationally and don’t source locally, will you deal with all import processes and procedures?
