USN shall enter into a framework agreement with a service provider who must be our consultant and collaborator for advisory and consultative services regarding strategic and operative communication consultancy and marketing. The main assignment involves the development and implementation of students recruitment campaigns and measures in accordance with USN's strategy. It is also relevant to develop campaigns that are profiling and increasing awareness of the new university.
The contract shall cover the following four main areas:
• campaigns,
• strategic consultancy and strategic development.
USN also needs assistance for crisis management. USN also wants to procure media services (advertisements) from the selected provider. The media services can be subject to a separate contract and a tender competition in the future.
