IKT Nordhordland Kommunalt Oppgåvefellesskap (Norwegian abbreviation IKTNH) operates the ICT environment for Alver, Austevoll, Austrheim, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger and Vaksdal Municipalities.
The objective of the contract for access control and administration of computer network:
• control of all units that are connecting to the network;
• administration of the network for different organisations (IKTNH, the Western Norway Regional Health Authority, the County);
• administration of all switches managed by IKTNH;
• option for backup/restore of configurations for all switches managed by IKTNH;
• reliable and secure access to the network;
• strengthen our option for surveillance and analyses of the network's traffic flow.
The delivery shall primarily comprise:
1) access control for the computer network,
2) administration of switches,
3) surveillance of network traffic,
4) notification related to unwanted units in the network.
