ISE Nett AS (‘ISE Nett’) announced a contest for a framework agreement for network services in autumn 2019. Before the contract was signed, an interim court order was filed against the contract signing by two tenderers in the contest. The court decided in both cases that ISE Nett had to wait to sign the contract until the main demand had been decided, see the ruling from Salten district court No 20-050221TVI-SALT and 20-052921TVI-SALT. ISE Nett decided to cancel the contest on 16 June 2020 as it was deemed impossible to continue the contest without acting contrary to the public procurement regulations. We plan to announce a new contest as soon as possible. ISE Nett has had a contract with ISE Enterprise AS (ISE Enterprise) for duty and stand-by services, as well as operation and maintenance of the electricity network within ISE Nett's licence area in Fauske and the surrounding area. The services are critical for maintaining electricity supplies to ISE Nett's customers. In order to ensure that are no operational or power cuts until a new contest has been held.
