Short description
The Norwegian Library of Talking Books and Braille (NLB) shall communicate literature that is adapted to the target group's requirements and prioritise the development of our communication directed to children and youth. It is in this context particularly important to connect with the young lenders at their digital platforms
Based on this goal NLB is planning a new reading application that must contribute to increased love of reading and reading proficiency for the children in the target group.
The value of the procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.
