Short description
A lack of comprehensive knowledge on species' spread and density over time and area is a major challenge for management. This particularly applies to the large part of the soil's biological diversity, which can rarely be directly observed, and which is present in soil and dead wood. The main aim of the project is to develop and test out cost-efficient methods in order to map the diversity of species and environmental changes through the use of digital tools along gradients. The project has five options. The main assignment is to be carried out in 2020, with options for further development in 2021 and 2022.
