This notice concerns information on net contracts in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament.
Innlandet County will make direct award of net contracts for the following areas:
— Nordre Land,
— Snertingdal and Biri.
The contracting authority intends to enter into net contracts, without a contest notice, pursuant to the nature of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament. 5.4.
The contracts are for services for companies that operate maximum 23 vehicles, have an average annual value estimated at maximum 2 000 000 EUR and the contracts are for the provision of public passenger transport, maximum 600 000 km a year.
