Bane NOR needs a holistic, fully integrated and cloud based HR system that supports our most central HR processes in a secure, efficient and user friendly way. Important areas for Bane NOR include, but are not limited to, recruitment, on/off boarding, competence management, learning management system (LMS), employee development, workforce planning, succession planning, analysis and reports, as well as HR core data.
Through simplification, standardisation and automation of our system support portfolio, we expect higher quality, reduced risk, increased efficiency and improved overall reputation.
