Short description
The Agency for Planning and Building Services (Norwegian abbreviation: PBE) needs a new, innovative and user-friendly professional system that safeguard our needs for case management and control. An innovative system is in this context referred to as standard systems/standard services with the best possible qualities for creating values and profits for the agency. We need and a provider that is able to support our enterprise development, administration of processes as well as providing system support. The objective of the project is to procure and implement a new professional system that supports and renew the Agency's core processes related to planning, buildings and properties, including administrative processes and archiving. A dialogue meeting regarding the project shall be held where the objective is to give participants a good insight in the challenges that must be solved and the needs that must be covered. It will also be possible to ask questions and hold discussions. Interested tenderers are then invited to one-on-one meetings, where the different topics can be discussed in detail.
