Short description
The nursing home agency's production kitchen is making dinners for the majority of the agency's activities. The dinners are made in accordance with the cook/cooling method, packed in food boxes and stored cooled before transportation. Twice a week the food must be transported from the production kitchen to 30 delivery addresses.
