Utdanningsetaten [the Education Agency] needs a contract with a supplier for assistance with compliance processes for children and young persons and research assignments on the compliance. The contract must primarily focus on compliance in connection with the expansion of Mortensrud school and associated areas, but must also be able to be utilised for other compliance processes in the Education Agency as needed.
