The objective of the procurement is to enter into agreement with a supplier to cover Boligbygg’s [The Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing’s] need for internal control, electro. At present the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing has an agreement for this area that expires 1.11.2019, and this needs to be replaced after the contract has expired. The agreement comprises IC-electro,closing minor deviations, reporting and possibly relevant additional services.
System for IC-electro shall be established in the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing’s own properties. Altogether, approx. 6 000 flats in approx. 150 properties will be included in the assignment. The goal is to control all flats every fifth year. The number of flats subject to control varies from year to year. The Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing shall prioritise the order of the inspection. Periodical routines must be established in the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing's Management, Operation, Maintenance and Development system so that the contractor has predictability in relation to execution of an assignment.
