The contract shall meet HINN's (Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences) requirements for hired cars. Both passenger cars and utility vehicles are needed. The framework agreement must include all campuses belonging to the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. The hired cars will only be used for official journeys. They cannot be used for private purposes. The framework agreement includes short-term and long-term hire.
