Short description
The Norwegian Tax Authority needs to procure supplies and services within network infrastructure for the computer centre network.
The following types of deliveries can be required:
— product procurements with maintenance,
— advice/system design/technical architecture,
— Technical assistance,
— operations assistance both within normal working hours, between 16.00-8.00 and weekends/public holidays,
— troubleshooting services in accordance with SLA,
— troubleshooting in accordance with SLA.
The contest is for the following two joint contracts:
— the framework agreement that determines the conditions for the delivery of goods, including hardware, software licences and consultancy services for the contracting authority's computer centre,
— maintenance contract that will regulate further defined ongoing maintenance services for both existing network infrastructure for the computer centre and, if the contracting authority decides, expansions that result from call-offs under the framework agreement.
