Customs, (hereafter called the Contracting Authority), would like to procure a digital service centre for the Contracting Authority, (hereafter called the service), for the administration of enquiries for the service centre at the contracting authority. The service centre's main assignments are related to property management, operations, maintenance and facility services. Central assignments will be receipt of new employees, the administration of the access system, operation and maintenance of buildings, machines and equipment, booking and coordinating courses and conferences, serving goods reception and stores, ordering printing services, assistance with events and meetings, caretaker services, follow-up of cleaning, ordering mobile telephones and supplies, ordering uniforms and several other assignments. Central needs that we would like a digital service centre for will be reporting events, deviations, and operational notifications.
