Short description
Norsk Helsenett SF is considering to procure systems and services for the establishment of an API Management Platform for use in the Norwegian health and care sector.
We would like to have a market dialogue in order to increase our knowledge of what the market can offer as regards functionality, consultancy services, price, service and distribution models.
The market dialogue is initiated with the publication of this prior information notice, and it will consist of the following 3 elements:
— open supplier conference,
— written descriptions and responses from suppliers (RFI),
— individual meetings with a representative of selected suppliers, based on the RFI responses.
Information exchanged in the market dialogue will not be binding for suppliers or Norsk Helsenett SF.
