Short description
The objective of the assignment is to gather knowledge and generate new empiricism that provides breadth in understanding what is required to improve the gender balance at the top of the business sector and what may counteract such a development. This can for example be knowledge about the factors that affect the career choices and experienced possibilities and limitations of men and women. It is desirable to have knowledge of the measures that can contribute to change.
The project will result in a broad report with knowledge about the field and that also recommends measures to get more women to the top of the business sector.
