Short description
The framework agreement mainly includes support that must cover a wide range of services, such as courses, training and process counselling. The consultant must also give advice and guidance. It is important for UDE (the Agency for Child and Family Welfare Services) that measures are initiated as soon as a school has a requirement. UDE wants to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3 to 5 providers that can complement each other in terms of expertise, experience and capacity. UDE request at least 1 major, international participant, a small and medium-sized business (SMB) and a sole proprietorship or a small Limited company in the portfolio of providers.
