UiT The Arctic University of Norway intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of flowers. A contract shall be signed with one supplier. This may e.g. include a flower arrangement, a bouquet or a potted plant. The contracting authority also needs flowers to employees in relation to illnesses.
