The current administration building is no longer dimensions for the number of employees in the company and some parts of the buildings do not satisfy the current and future requirements and needs of an administration and service building. The current customer reception is also not satisfactory in regard to accessibility, and it must be modernised. The road system, access roads and parking for the new service building and in Miljøparken [the environmental park] must be developed.
