The Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD) is a Swiss-based private diplomacy organisation founded on the principles of humanity, impartiality and independence. HD will be organising a large VIP event on 23-24 June 2020 and is conducting a competitive tender procedure with negotiation for the event’s venue (a hotel) in the Oslo area.
