The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with 1 (one) tenderer for a temporary housing and care offer for users with resource-draining services in Sandnes Municipality. This applies to adult users with partly major functional reduction, challenging behaviour and a big need for facilitation.
The objective of the contract is to ensure the contracting authority quality approved services when the contracting authority cannot cover these needs in-house. There is a lot of uncertainty as regards the contracting authority's need. The users must have a good and facilitated service in a safe and skilled environment.
