Varseq and the associated products (VarSeq,VSReports, VSClinical, VS-CNV) in addition to VSWarehouse are key tools for the tertiary analysis of NGS data for genetic analysis. The versatile software Varseq and the associated products enables the user to not only perform the tertiary analysis but also perform CNV analysis, as well as ACMG classification and creating a reporting for the analysed sample. In addition, the software is installed locally which is a key parameter for Danish National Genome Center.
