Short description
Arbeids- og sosialdepartementet [the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs] wants to enter into an R&D contract to map the scope and any special characteristics of organising activities through franchise contracts and possible legal and practical effects of such contracts on the employees' situation, compared with businesses without such contracts. The contract will also highlight any special features of organising in the group, also with emphasis on possible legal and practical influences on the employees' situation, compared with companies that are not part of the group.
