Minimum 3-5 parallel service agreements shall be signed. The service agreements shall ensure the municipalities access to service, maintenance and repairs of the current pump plant for sewage water as well as pressure intensifiers for drinking water. The agreements also include the delivery and assembly of spare parts, additional equipment and any replacement pumps.
